Kritikovan od obe strane. Naro\u010dito metod koji se koristi u na\u0161em okru\u017eenju, dr\u017eavi. Na primer \u201cZa Begenija i Martensa (Begeny, Martens, 2007) inkluzija predstavlja praksu uklju\u010divanja svih u\u010denika \u2013 bez obzira na njihove sposobnosti ili poreklo \u2013 u razrede koji odgovaraju njihovom uzrastu i \u0161kole koje izlaze u susret potrebama u\u010denika.\u201d Prema ovom stavu jeste je inkluzija jedan na\u010din pristupa koja je u potpunosti variabilan. Ne moramo stalno da sve gledamo na crno I na belo. \u201cSnouova (Snow, 2001) smatra da inkluzija nije privilegija koja se sti\u010de, niti je pravo koje je dato pojedincima. \u201d Pre svega ovo shvatanje je veoma apstraktna u odnosu na prethodni, jer pravi ostru I grubu razliku. Prema ovome jeste je potrebno, ali samo ako se mo\u017ee to projetovati na dru\u0161tvu a ako nije ograni\u010den na pojedince. \u0160to se kriti\u010dnoh stavova ti\u010de, ve\u0107ina smatra, da je inkluziija ne daje mogu\u0107nost nijednom kategoriji \u0111aka da napreduju I da posti\u017eu rezultate. \u0160ta to ustvari trebalo da zna\u010di, I za\u0161to je to jeste diskutaiblna tema. Oba strana ima realne, I utopisti\u010dke argumente, koji ako se suprostave, ne mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da imamo pobedednika niti gubitnika.<\/p>\n<p>U na\u0161em obrazovnom sistemu me\u0111utim ve\u0107 nije ni blizo toliko jednostavna pri\u010da da samo vodimo debate I dajemo argumatacije svojim stavovima. Dosta sporednih I veoma bitnih detalje \u010desto zanemaramo I nebitne pove\u0107avamo u korist na\u0161e pobede, Ali da li je ova pobeda jeste na\u0161a ili sa time vi\u0161e \u0161tete nanesemo nego \u0161to dobijemo? \u0160ta je ustvari glavni problem?<\/p>\n<p>Kod nas ovaj projekat ili bolje re\u010deno reforma je po\u010dela nedavno, ali u svetu ve\u0107 je u koletivnom umu, postojanje ovoga datira to 70-ih godina. To da mi kasnimo ne bi \u010dinilo problem, vi\u0161e je problem da ne vremeski neko edukativno I intelektualno kasnimo ali to ve\u010dito I veoma uspe\u0161no. To je I ustvari glavna razlika za\u0161to smatram da ova tema zaslu\u017euje da se pi\u0161e o njemu. Jer postoje razne istra\u017eivanje I razni stavovi. Ali od onih koje sam \u010ditao ni jedan nije ulazio u temu, ili vi\u0161e dotako problem izvr\u0161enje ovog reforma zbog na\u0161eg zastarelog I konzervativnog obrazovnog sistema. To ja smatram da je I glavni problem. Od slu\u010daja do slu\u010daja se razlikuje naravno sve ali samo da gledamo primere I svima pozante primere.<\/p>\n<p>Da li u\u010denici koji su bili sm\u0161teni u specijane obrazovne ustanove mogu bez problema da poha\u0111aju nastavu u redovnoj \u0161koli. Sa time \u010desto dolazi do kompromisa izeme\u0111u \u0161kole I roditeljima. Me\u0111utim to mo\u017eda mo\u017ee da se sprovede u osnovnim \u0161kolama ali ni tamo \u0111aci ili ne\u0107e mo\u0107i da odr\u017ee nastavu u odre\u0111eni kabinetima ili ako da sa time odmah dolazi do diskriminisanje osobe sa invaliditetom. Zbog jednog jedinog razloga jer isklju\u010divo prizemlje je u dovoljnoj meri prilago\u0111en da bi oni bez problema mogli da kre\u0107e u \u0161koli, ali \u010desto ni to nije uspe\u0161na. To je veoma \u010dest slu\u010daj, ti osobe nisu ni prinu\u0111eni da budu preba\u010deni u specijalne \u0161kole, ali sistem ih upu\u0107uje tamo jer jednio tamo mogu da imaju pristup svim potrebni stvarima. Te dece su po umnom razvoju u potpunosti zreli, jedini je njihov problem kretanje I to isklju\u010divo unutar ustanove. Ako \u0161kole nisu u mogu\u0107nosti da obezbede rampe I sve potrebne opreme da prilago\u0111avaju ovim decama, \u0161ta o\u010dekujemo vi\u0161e? Me\u0111utim to uop\u0161te nije gre\u0161ka u \u0161kolstvu kao ustanovi, gre\u0161ka je nastala na vi\u0161im nivoima. Ministarstvo prosvete godi\u0161nje raspodeli svoje resurse \u0161kolama I visinu tih resursa odre\u0111uju po broju u\u010denika. To jeste jedan od boljih vrsta merenje kapacitet \u0161kole I mogu\u0107noste, me\u0111utim da li pokazuje iste rezultate ako merimo isklju\u010divo ovaj parametar za potrebama \u0161koli.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to je najtu\u017enije nismo ni stigli do primere koji bi pokazali potrebe individualnog pristupa od strane profesora, u\u010ditelja I vaspita\u010dice, nego smo razradili samo jedan problem koja je stalna I koja uop\u0161te ne zahteva posebno pona\u0161anje ni posebno snala\u017ejivost ako bi bili obezbe\u0111eni, me\u0111utim mogu\u0107nost je improvizacije od strane \u0161kolske uprave ili samo direktno odbijanje.<\/p>\n<p>Bolje pitanje dolaze ako tra\u017eimo mogu\u0107noste za dece koji su zaostali u razvoju, ili boluju od nekih mentalnih bolesti. Te dece ve\u0107inom mogu da se uvrstaju u neke kategorije koje ina\u010de daju mnogo bolje mogu\u0107noste da bi odlu\u010dili \u0161ta je u najboljem interesu. Sad dolazimo do prve prepreke. Da li mo\u017eemo da odlu\u010dujemo ako u blizini se ne nalazi \u0161kola koja jeste prilago\u0111en njima? Imam izbora da ne izaberemo ni\u0161ta nego da prihvatimo \u0161ta nam je dato. Tada \u0111ak kre\u0107e u nastavi sa svojim vr\u0161njacima. Dolazimo do drugog problema. Deca od obdani\u0161ta pa do kraja srednje \u0161kole instiktivno ili izbog porodi\u010dnih razloga imaju negativa stav o ljudima sa invaliditetom I zaostalima u razvoju. Te su godine koje u ve\u0107oj meri obele\u017eavaju na\u0161 li\u010dnost I stvaraju neke osnove na koje bi mogli da gradimo posle neke ve\u0161tine I razvili ih. Veoma je potrebno da dolaze pozitivne afirmacije od strane vr\u0161njaka da bi unapredili svoj li\u010dnost prema na\u0161em cilju. Me\u0111utim \u010desto osobe bez ikakvih ote\u017eavanja smatraju da su odba\u010deni od strane sredine, a koji ose\u0107aj se stvara kod drugih osoba koje imaju pote\u0161ko\u0107u. Zato je I potrebno da I od odraslih osoba dolaze neke pozitvne afirmacije. I sa ovim dolazimo da glavnog problema koju mislim da bi trebali da razre\u0161imo najpre a tek posle toga mo\u017eemo da idemo u druge I u njihove detalje. To su nastavnici, profesori, tj. radnici u prosveti kojima u pro\u0161lom nekoliko godini prestavlja najve\u0107i problem da kada I za \u0161ta \u0107emo da najavimo \u0161trajk. Dece kao takvi u celosti imaju potrebu da budu tretirani individualno. To doprinese I li\u010dnom I dru\u0161tvenom razvoju, Ako pri\u010damo u celini onda uop\u0161te nije problem da deca sa pote\u0161ko\u0107ama poha\u0111aju nastavu sa drugim decama. Ali zbog stalnog smanjivanja broja u\u010ditelja I u\u010diteljice ali I nastavnika, nastaje ve\u0107i pritisak da kordini\u0161u ve\u0107e razrede gde nisu u mogu\u0107nosti da imaju individualni prstup svakome. A ako samo ovim decama se obra\u0107a onda odmah se stvara osnov za dalju diskriminaciju.<\/p>\n<p>Sa svim ovim primerima \u017eeleo sam da poka\u017eem da kao takva reforma nije lo\u0161a I ideja je vrlo detaljno izu\u010davana od strane stru\u010dnjaka, problem prestavljaju ljudi koje rade sa ovim decama I koji imaju glavnu ulogu u njihovom razvoju. Ako oni ne \u017eele da razviju sebe ili da to znanje koje steknu na raznoraznim seminarima nema nikakva podloga na koje bi moglo da stane sve one re\u0161enje I ideje koji bi mogli da pokrenu ovu reformu ka boljem I da u dru\u0161tvu ne ostane samo mi\u0161ljenje da sa ovim su hteli da u\u0161tede opet novac I da nisu ni hteli da sa time unaprede i\u0161ta.<\/p>\n<p>Reformi su vrlo potrebni ali kao I sa jelom, nije u redu da odmah po\u010dnemo sa dezertom jer sa time kvarimo na\u0161u \u017eelju prema glavnom jelu. Sve ima svoj red I ako ne po\u0161tujemo ih onda je totalno bezpotrebno da raspravljamo o onome da li je bio ikada neophodno doneti ovu odluku ili ne.<\/p>\n<p>Smatram da za na\u0161i \u0161kolski sistem najprilago\u0111eniji je da sa delimi\u010dnim I detaljno prou\u010denim metodama postepeno vr\u0161iti promenu, tako da pored toga I dati mogu\u0107nost da profesori razviju svoje ve\u0161tine da bi mogli da sa punom snagom rade sa decama. Jer ako ne la\u017eemo sebe onda se vidi da ne samo deca nego I na\u0161 \u0161klostvo je zaostalo u razvoju u punom smislu termina.<\/p>\n<p>Sa ovim koracima ne mo\u017eemo da stignemo nigde. Jer zasad ve\u0107ina radnika prolazi edukacije mo\u017eda I pi\u0161e zavr\u0161ni ispit posle njih, ali nije mu u intresu da sve ono znanje primeni, jer smatra da mu ni\u0161ta novo nije potrebno. Re\u0161enje je za to da \u0161kole ne budu u totalno smsli u nemogu\u0107noj situaciji ako se radi sa nezainteresovanim zaposlenima da ne mo\u017ee da izri\u010de neke kazne koji mogu da na pozitivan na\u010din motivi\u0161u. Naravno najbolja re\u0161enje jeste nagra\u0111ivanje, I posebno nagra\u0111ivanje osobe koje radi sa ljudima zaostali u razvoju. Jer ako se daje vi\u0161e I dobije se vi\u0161e I obrnuto.<\/p>\n<p>Postoje jo\u0161 ljudi koje \u017eele da postignu neku promenu I spremi su da rade na tome, ali samo treba im dati mesto I mogu\u0107nost da razviju to, a sa time ni delimi\u010dna I potpuna inkluzija nije bezsmisleno jer dali smo zdravu zemlju za to I u tome nije problem da seme pusti svoje korene a posle toga samo
