What was the topic of the discussion and how was organised?<\/h4>\n

Topic of the discussion was Macedonia as a country in the region. It were 2 school classes, per 45 minutes.<\/p>\n

Explain the reaction of the participants on your speech.<\/h4>\n

First reaction when I told them that I am ambassador was amazing, they wanted to hear everything how I become an ambassador. Most of them are not included in NGO sector, so they were more interested about opportunities which this sector can offer, where they can find this kind of trainings etc.<\/p>\n

Have you notice the impact of your lecture on the participants? Explain.<\/h4>\n

Yes, The second class was more interactive. I separated them in 5 groups, and I gave them to play role of leaders in Macedonia, what they would change. 3 of the groups were minority leaders, so it was more challenging to them, because they were for the first time thinking how it would be if they are minority in this country.<\/p>\n

What were the questions posed by the participants and how did you react?<\/h4>\n

Questions were more related to how and where they can be included in the NGO sector.So I propose them to make an fb group where we can share information about possibilities that they have in this municipality.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
