Institut radi na organizovanju treninga i pružanju multiperspektivnih informacija kako bismo omogućili aktivno učešće stručne javnosti i građana u procese donošenja odluka.

As a P2P follow up activity of Our Future Europe Program, I have participated and organized two activities. One panel discussion and follow-up lecture.

First activity was panel discussion, held on Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, named: Ideology of LGBT movement. I was first speaker, beside Boban Stojanović (from Queeria and Belgrade Pride) and Lazar Pavlović (Gay-Straight Alliance).

Before starting a discussion, I have presented to participants and speakers Our Future Europe program concept and its activities, and I was talking about importance of improving human rights in Serbia, not only on a legal level, but implementing them in whole spheres of our society. Moderator of discussion was Ana Jakšić from student organization Students for Liberty of Faculty of Philosophy. There were about 25 participants.

As a follow-up of this panel discussion, I organized a lecture for interested parcitipants along with Office for Youth of Zvezdara municipality, named What are human rights and why human rights matter?

I presented to participants Our Future Europe and this time I had more time to discuss about whole concept of OFE and our study visit to the Netherlands. Before delivering a lecture, we discussed about various workshops that I have participated and lead in Ommen and Utrecht and how creative approach is important in education.

I talked about human rights from historical approach and nowadays situation in the whole world. We concluded that human rights are the core of modern society and basis of civilized world. We have especially talked about diverse approach in human rights and non-Western societies adopting human rights. During this follow-up lecture there were 9 participants.
