The understanding and acceptance of the Kosovo citizen’s willingness as a real and fair demand, respect of the vision of people of this country about the fact how do they see the future of Kosovo will not be a bitter reality for anyone. The very fact of Kosovo`s annexation into the former Yugoslavian ” umbrella” , into a community of states-people who have the same culture , tradition, language and the same descent, did that Kosovo never enjoyed the elementary rights. The occurring of wars in the area of former Yugoslavia, during those the Kosovo Albanian youth was the next victim of genocide, has impacted into the slowdown of the development in performing substance of the Albanian culture, due to this we distinguish much from other regional cultures. From the international and national institutions our youth has been put under the mercy of fate. Because of impossibility for free movement to the civilized Europe and the mutual developing ,to Kosovo’s youth are imposing particular values where the implementation of these values within the European norms will be impossible.
To the Albanian students, as a main mechanism of social-economic development, there is an impossibility of going beyond the national borders in order to keep multilateral contacts with the united Europe. The isolation has impacted into a developing difference of the common values, so to the Kosovo`s youth there is still an imposing of such development difference, which can be seen as extreme element of the mosaic “Europe”. The Kosovo youth has always been distinguished for protection of our citizens, Albanian and other who accepted the co-living, who accepted the new reality, who distance themselves and denounce crimes and criminals of whatsoever community they are, this time should take initiatives in order to be part of courageous processes even if these processes after a experienced bitter reality will be too difficult. The mutual initiative from young people of the communities living in Kosovo and their unity into the one for the rescuing and building of the future will be considered as a civilized, democratic act and in line with time and new realities, simultaneously fulfilling the main condition set by international community, the integration of all people into a civilized and tolerant society with democratic values. This will be as well the first condition which will lead us toward the European developed family.
Meanwhile, I should add, in this case there is a duty of the Serbian youth to start from with the apologies for terror and sufferings exercised on the non-Serbian populations, in particular apologizing to Kosovo Albanians as a majority in Kosovo.
The Albanian youth in Kosovo has a duty to undertake initiatives for development, democratization and creation of a tolerant atmosphere between ethnicities living in Kosovo, as well as the proclamation of high civilization values, moral, love and at the end as a youth who belong to a peaceful, peace loving and peacekeeping people. The only success of a lasting peace in the region will be then when the youth of whole region will think on Euroatlantic and European integrations and not still thinking with the head of 90`s. Now is the time of region reconciliation using the European integrations as the best possibility this region once and ever to be peaceful and live together within the big European family.
