Lecture had several parts:

  • In introduction I talked about youth Education Committee, what the organization do

  • Then I talked about Youth Reconciliation Ambassadors program, how it was organized, who were the participants, what were we doing, who were our teachers and which NGO and institutions we visit

  • In third part of lecture I talk about identities, especially ethnic (national) identity and their impact on our lives, why is important to be more tolerant. We also discuss how to improve images of region in world.

  • Finally, I left time for debate. In this part participants mainly talked. They were very interested in my experience in study visit “Come to Belgrade meet the Region”, but also we discussed about situation in our country when it comes to national tolerance.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERASocial Responsibility Initiative done the evaluation of my lecture and impressions of participants are good. They all sad that the workshop help them to find out something new and think that they will be able to use knowledge acquired in the lecture later.

I would say that, from my point of view, workshop went well, what moreover pretty good. Participants participated in the lecture; they could hear many new things that are applicable to life. I would say as Youth Reconciliation Ambassador, that there is need for more of this kind of workshop, so we could spread experiences and tolerance.
