What was the topic of the discussion and how was organised?
Reconciliation, Integration of Kosovo in EU and war time in Kosovo.
- We explained what we did in Belgrade (where we have been Institutions),
- All three topics.
- Picture where made during our speech.
Explain the reaction of the participants on your speech.
When we told them that they will have opportunity to go in Belgrade. Some of them had prejudges. “Someone would attack us, when they would hear us speaking Albanian”.
Have you notice the impact of your lecture on the participants? Explain.
Yes of course. They did not know so much about war crimes, they knew that a big number of Albanian civil were killed, but they did not that there were also a big number of Serbian civil killed. Also impact on reconcile. Prejudges, after they hear our story from Belgrade, they are now more freely to go in Serbia.
What were the questions posed by the participants and how did you react?
There was question topic “Reconciliation”. One participant asked: Why should we reconcile?
Explaining a lot stories in everyday life that Albanians and Serbians are friends and good neighbours. Telling them that what happened in war time is past is history.
